Today is Sunday, November 22, and Julia Childs show had that guy on there that makes all those wonderful chocolate desserts. I forget his name. But on today's show he made Chocolate Mint Nightcaps, cocoa cookies with a ganache center and ganache swirled on top like a nightcap. I failed to record the program and I really want this recipe. He used spearmint in the ganache instead of peppermint. If anyone can provide me with the recipe I sure would appreciate it. Thanks!!!!
