Elly, I have used this same recipe for years, except that the raisins seem to ferment somewhat as time passes and that does not appeal to me. Instead of Raisin Bran I use a box of regular bran flakes. Store brands work ok. If you want the raisins, add them to the muffins as you are filling the muffin pans before baking.
