Hi everybody! My name is Marco and I'm an italian chef.
I'm very happy to join you and hope we'll have some fun together.
To intorduce myself i wish to give you a small recipe you can try even tonight for dinner, a simple but delicious dessert. Please forgive my english! You'll have to teach me the right words!

CARAMELIZED ORANGES WITH CLOVES AND ICE CREAM
3/4 persons, it depends on how much hungry you are!

3oranges
sugar
cloves
butter
vanilla ice cream

Take your fav frying pan and put it on the fire with sugar covering all the bottom.
Let it melt adding absolutely nothing until it starts to turn a little brown.
While waiting cut the oranges in dice and keep the juice as much as possible.
When the sugar turns a little brown add the dice and turn it quickly until the sugar is well around every piece.
Add a tea spoon of butter to take the oranges to cooking.
Than the last thing: some cloves as your wish.
When the oranges are ready serve them on a plate in circle, and add in the middle some vanilla ice. It will melt slowly with the warmth of the oranges. Absolutely delicious.
Enjoy your meal and let me know if you liked my dessert
Ciao, marco
