I'm looking for the Toasted Coconut Cream Pie Recipe from Arner's Restaurant, in Reading, Pennsylvania. The pie stands about 4 inches thick, & is very creamy. It is NOT a custard cream pie. It is very light & fluffy, but has NO meringue.

Any help or information will be greatly appreciated!
