This is the recipe that most Amish/Mennonite restaurants make that I know of. Being a Mennonite from Pa., I think this may be what Arner's makes. Hope this helps.

Coconut Cream Pie

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 molasses
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar, flour, coconut and soda. Add molasses, sour cream, milk, and beaten egg. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
