SWEET CORNBREAD
From the kitchen of Kevin Taylor, the BBQ GURU

2 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
1 C. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C. butter
1 C. half-and-half
2 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. baking powder

Combine the dry ingredients. Scald butter and cream. Add this to dry ingredients. Fold in egg. Grease and flour a 10-inch cast iron skillet or comparable baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
