Im looking for a recipe for fried bananas from a Brazillian barbeque restraunt in TEMECULA CA. The name of the restraunt is Roda Vida. The bananas are somehow fried then coated with either brown sugar or white sugar and cinnamon?? They are awesome and somehow keep their shape and firmness after being fried.
