Chipwiches
Servings: 12

3 cups any flavor ice cream, sherbet or frozen yogurt
24 CHIPS AHOY! Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sprinkles, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, toasted or tinted coconut, or other assorted small candies

Sandwich:

1/4 cup ice cream, sherbet or frozen yogurt between 2 cookies. Roll or lightly press edges in sprinkles, chips, nuts, coconut or other candies. Repeat to make a total of 12 sandwiches. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in freezer for up to 1 month.

Peanut Butter Chipwiches:

Spread about 1 tablespoon peanut butter on flat side of each of two CHIPS AHOY! Cookies. Fill with ice cream and freeze as above.
