Here is one of several sweet-tangy sauces I use with my basic Coconut Shrimp...10oz orange marmalade; 3 TB Dijon mustard (with or without horseradish); 1 Tb fresh lime juice. Combine and warm. This is adequate for about a pound of shrimp.
