French Silk Pie..
1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 baked pastry shell
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Add second egg, Beat another 5 minutes. Pour into a baked pie shell and refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream.
Note; this has uncooked eggs in it, use only fresh eggs or a pastuerized egg substitute for safety reasons...
