White Chocolate Oreo Chiller

1 oz. green creme de menthe
1/4 oz. white creme de cacao
1 oz. Half-and-Half
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 Hydrox or Oreo cookies
8 oz. crushed ice
Whipped cream

Blend ingredients thoroughly. Pour into specialty glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.
