I recently ate at a small Italian restaurant in Evansville, IN called DELEGGI'S. There I had a wonderful chicken dish, CHICKEN FORESTER. It was a chicken breast with a wine mushroom sauce served over a bed of linguine.
IF anyone has a recipe for this, I would greatly appreciate it.
