Good-Morning Chris. I was glad to hear from you. I did check out "Plano" ingredient, there is no such thing. As far as a sexy recipe goes for the bread-pudding go, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" as you know. However, I will look over my files to see if I have a unusual one for you, I will need 1 or 2 days, O.K, my friend?
BUTTER RUM SAUCE:
2 1/2 Tbls cornsrch 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tbls butter 1/4 cup spiced rum (If you do not have it use any rum & spice it up with ground cinn.& ground cloves about 1/8 teas each) 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup heavy cream
Take 1 1/2 Tbls of water, same with cream place into a medium sized cup & place the cornstarch into it & mix well, till no lumps show, set aside.
Combine ingredients in sauce pan & boil. Stir in cream, reduce heat & simmer for 8-10 minutes with constant stirring. Re-stir the c'starch mixture & stir it into the sauce pan & bring up the heat, heat till boiling, keep stirring & remove pan after 30 seconds after the boiling point pour over bread-pudding. If this is too thick for you, add 1 or 1 1/2 Tbls of milk or cream. Enjoy the rest of the day, Chef Dunask
