I've lost my cheesecake recipe and now it's found. I have made this "corn starch" cheesecake a number of times and it has been a hit every time! It's even better than my Mom's NY cheesecake. If you haven't tried this one, you should! One change, though...I like to make a full graham cracker crust - with chocolate grahams or cinnamon sugar grahams and finely chopped walnuts. And I split the vanilla extract into 1/2 tsp Almond and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Yum! Top it with cherries instead of strawberries, though.
