I am looking for the recipe for the Chinatown Lettuce Wraps made at Joey Tomato's. I have the ingredients down (as they can be optional) it is the sauce that I'm having trouble with. It is a spicy but when eaten with lettuce it's not.

Anyone with any ideas - Please help, I'm having the worst craving!
