Festive Seafood Cheese Spread
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese 1 c. dairy sour cream 8 oz. imitation crab 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed, until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly, refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
