I used to work at Olive Garden and I love making the Arichoke-Spinach Dip for parties. People love it!
16 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can (8-10 oz.) tiny artichoke hearts 8 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream with electric mixer until smooth. Add cayenne pepper, garlic salt and minced garlic. By hand, stir in artichoke hearts, spinach and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30-40 min or until golden bubbly brown.
Serve in a bread bowl or serving dish, with just about anything you want for dipping.
