Melting Pot Cheddar Fondue
3 to 3 1/2 oz light lager (bud light) 1/4 teaspoon mustard pwder 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic 3 Tablespoons Worcestshire 80% sharp cheddar 20% Emmenthaler cheese
Grate cheese and mix in some flour to very lightly coat the cheese.
Mix beer, mustard pwder and garlic in the fondue pot, bring to a simmer. Add in cheese, and stir until the consistency is right. Add in worcestshire sauce and continure stirring... THERE YOU GO! Tastes very very close to the melting pot's! |
