Spinach and Artichoke Dip
1 pkg cream cheese 14 oz can artichoke hearts 1/4c mayo (real mayo) 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup grated Romano Cheese 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 1/4 tsp garlic salt salt & pepper 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thaw drain well
Cream - cream cheese, Add - mayo, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt; mix well. Add in artichoke hearts and spinach; mix. Spray ovenproof dish with Pam. Pour dip in dish and top with mozzarella. Bake 350 25 minutes.
