No Bake Cheese Cake Source: Marie Callenders, 1313 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City
8 oz cream cheese 1 cup sugar 3 Tbsp lemon juice 8 oz Cool Whip topping
Crust: 1 pkg graham crackers 1 cube melted butter 1/4 cup sugar
Topping: 1 box Danish desert 1 pint fruit (cherries, raspberries, strawberries)
Put cream cheese, sugar & lemon juice in mixer and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Put in freezer. Top with fruit topping. |
