White Cheese Dip
1 lb. white american cheese 4 cups of milk 4 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon jalepeno peppers
Place cubed or sliced white american cheese in large pan, pour 3 1/2 cups of the milk in with the cheese. Cook on medium heat stirring often. When cheese is melted mix the remaining 1 cup of milk with the 4 tablespoons of cornstarch. Pour cornstarch mixture into melted cheese and milk mixture. Add chopped peppers and stir constantly until mixture is slightly thickened to the consistencey of cheese dip.
I serve the dip over taco meat and tortilla chips, my family loves it.
