I tried this recipe tonight. I liked it, although it still wasn't the same as a Tim Horton's iced cap. I found it a bit too sweet so I'll try a bit less of the sweetened condensed milk. I also added maple extract as I swear that's a flavor that I've tasted in the iced cap before. Pretty good on consistency though when blending this with ice in a blender!
