After searching the internet high and low for this recipe, I have come up with a recipe of my own. I have been told this is better then O'Charley's. Try it and let me know what you think!
Three Cheese Shrimp Dip
1 can of small shrimp 6 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese 6 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese 8 oz. cream cheese - softened 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes - chopped (I purchased these in the produce department, but they are hard to chop - I put them in the microwave with some water and cook them for a couple of minutes - then you can chop them.) 1/2 cup of romano, asiago, and parmesan cheese (in the shaker can) 1/2 tsp. onion powder (more or less to taste) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (more or less to taste)
Mix all ingredients together, spread in casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees until bubbly. Watch closely, the cheese on the edges with burn before the middle is hot. Adjust temperature accordingly.
