I have one for the bread machine
King Hawaiian Bread
2 teaspoons yeast 2 1/2 cups bread flour 1 cup yellow cake mix 2 tablespoons butter 1 1/4 cups water or milk
Cycle: white or sweet Setting: light Servings: 4
I also found one fairly similar but more specific
Cake Mix Bread
This was a wonderful bread that everyone almost gobbled right up. It raises wonderfully and has such a nice soft texture. I used a yellow cake mix, but I'm anxious to try other flavors too. 1 1/4 cup warm water 2 tablespoons butter or margarine (not lite margarine) 1 cup yellow cake mix 2 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons dry yeast
Add ingredients according to your bread machine. Makes 1 large loaf.
Note with recipe: Try using different cake mixes for different flavors. I have used lemon, orange, banana, spice and cinnamon apple muffin mixes. All have turned out great. From: Shelly Sparks, 50+ Club Cookbook
