Hi all -- This is a marinated steak that a loal restaurant used to buy in individual pre-marinated, pre-packaged portions from a food purveyor. It was so yummy, but the restaurant went out of business and I don't know who the purveyor was (this was some years ago). A recent Web search showed that many restaurants serve something called "Black Forest steak," always marinated. And yet NO WHERE can I find a recipe. I'm hoping someone out there can help me. (By the way, despite its name, it's not a German dish.) Many thanks for your help.
