CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/4 cup of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 TBSP butter
1 square unsweetened choco or you can use 3 TBLS of cocoa with 1 TBSP butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (Optional)

MIX AS CAKE BATTER. POUR INTO BUTTERED BAKING DISH.

MIX DRY:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP cocoa

Sprinkle sugar mixture on batter! Pour 1 cup boiling water over the the top!

Bake 1 hour ar 350 degrees.

SERVED WARM OR COLD
