Pimento Cream Cheese

2 cream cheese 8oz each
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 small green yellow and red pepper cut very small

Cook peppers with sugar and vinegar for 25 minutes. Put in food processor with cream cheese for 1 minute. Serve cold with melba toast or whatever you like best!
