Arby's turnovers are simply Pepperidge Farm turnovers. You can buy a 4 pack in your grocer's freezer for cheaper than you pay for one. The icing used on them is not available in the stores but you are going through too much trouble trying to make them from scratch. The market fresh bread also is made only for Arby's, it is not available in stores. You might find something close but not exactly the same.
