We go to Don Pablo's Mexican restaurant in Indianapolis once in a while, and always get their Garbage Dip for the chips. We have tried severl times to copy it, but we always seem to fall short of the real deal. If anyone has this out there, we would love to save a trip once and a while. The dish has either cream cheese or sour cream, ranch dressing, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and not too sure what else? It definately has a unique flavor though! Thanks!
