Marinara Sauce (Mangianno Clone)
3 medium onions, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon oregano 1 tablespoon parsley 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon marjoram 1 dash cayenne salt and pepper to taste 15 ounce tomatoes, cut up 15 ounces tomato sauce 12 ounces tomato paste 1 tablespoon sugar
Saute onions, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil.
Add the herbs, cayenne, and salt and black pepper; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato products and the sugar. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serve with or over Pasta.
