I coulnd't find a clone recipe on the Internet either. Perhaps you could tweak this one. It was highly rated.
Jalapeno Cheddar Bread Supreme (not Schlotsky's) 1/4 cup finely diced jalapenos (from jar) 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, diced or shredded 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 7/8 cup water 1/4 cup brine, from jalapeno pepper jar 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Add ingredients in order listed above.
Combine water and Jalapeno juice in glass measuring cup. Microwave on "high" for 1 minute (should be 110 degrees).
Use regular bread setting, medium crust, 1 1/2 lb loaf.
Notes: However, I doubled the recipe and did it in a food processor. I also modified the recipe a bit, by adding a few more ingredients: 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp onion powder Plus I didn't incorporate any of the shredded cheese, until after it rose and I hand-kneaded it in. I didn't double the peppers in the recipe and I also hand kneaded half of my minced peppers.
