Shrimp Potstickers
1 pound shrimp, finely chopped 2 teaspoons minced ginger 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 teaspoon soy 1 tablespoon minced scallion Pinch of salt and white pepper
Combine ingredients to make filling. For each potsticker, take 3/4 teaspoon of the filling, put it in the center of the dough (purchased at store), fold over and crimp edges until they're sealed. Boil and then lightly fry.
