Pick Up Stix Chicken with Vegetables
Chicken breast meat with broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and water chestnuts in a sauce of white wine, garlic and soy.
1 clove garlic, crushed 1 stock green onion, chopped 1 tablespoons cooking wine 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon chicken broth 1 teaspoon oyster sauce 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 drop sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon soybean oil 7 oz. white meat chicken breast - cut in 1-inch squares 10 oz. assorted vegetables, sliced
Steam chicken and vegetables till done, remove from heat.
Place garlic and soybean oil in a saucepan or wok, saute 10 seconds.
Add green onion and cooking wine, saute another 10 seconds.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to sauce.
Add chicken and vegetables. Add sesame oil, serve.
