MUSHROOM CHICKEN Pick Up Stix 2 servings
7 oz. white meat chicken 6 oz. sliced mushrooms (2 cups) 2 oz. cut carrots (1/2 cup) 2 oz. cut zucchini (1/2 cup) pinch garlic pinch ginger 1/4 oz. green onion chopped (1 onion) 2 Tbsp. white cooking wine 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. chicken broth (no salt added) dash white pepper 1 Tbsp. corn starch drop sesame oil
Saute chicken in a wok until done.
Add remaining ingredients into wok and stir-fry until cooked through.
