CHILLED CAFE LATTE OR ICED MOCHA LATTE

Makes 5 cups

2 tbsp instant coffee
3/4 cup hot water
1 (14 oz) can EagleŽ Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups ice cubes

In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water.

In blender container, combine dissolved coffee, Eagle Brand and
vanilla; blend well.

Gradually add ice, blending until smooth.

Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

ICED MOCHA LATTE:
Replace the vanilla extract with:
1 tbsp chocolate flavored syrup

ICED CARAMEL LATTE (suggestion):
Replace the vanilla extract with:
1 tsp caramel flavoring or 1 tbsp caramel syrup

Maybe someone will have a tried and true recipe to share, but in the meantime, you can experiment with the above recipe first trying to substitute caramel flavoring for the vanilla (or caramel syrup) and if that isn't right try thinning it with water and milk (like the first ingredients in the DD Latte list). Let us know how it turns out.
