We have a restaurant in Portland called the Bamboo Grove (fka Noho's) which is Hawaiian and has the best macaroni salad ever! I have looked everywhere to try and find a recipe. It's very simple, overcooked elbow macaroni with a mayonaisse base. Would love it if someone could pass on something similar. Thank you!
