Blueberry Banana Cream Pie
1 cup sliced banana (2 medium) 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, divided 1 (6-oz) Keebler buttered flavored piecrust 1 1/3 cups water 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 (4 serving) pkg sugar free instant banana pudding mix 3/4 cup cool whip lite, thawed, divided
Place banana and 1 1/4 cups of blueberries in piecrust
In a medium bowl, combine water, dry milk powder, and dry pudding mix. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite. Pour mixture evenly over fruit.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes
Spread remaining 1/2 cup Cool Whip Lite evenly over filling. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup blueberries over top
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
