SMASHING PUMPKING
Low in fat and low in calories
1/2 cup of canned SPICED pumpkin 6 oz non-fat milk 4 scoops of non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt 3/4 cup crushed ice
Blend until folding at top of blender
KEVASICLE
Low in fat and low in calories
5 oz pineapple juice 5 oz orange juice 3 scoops orange sherbet 3 scoops non-fat vanilla yogurt 3/4 cup crushed ice
Blend until folding at top of blender.
