Anyone who might know the recipe for the ORIGINAL New Orleans Square Beignets at Disneyland (they were round, delicate, eggy puffs sprinkled w/cinnamon and sugar vs. the new style which are tough, flavorless square pieces of fried bread dough. YUK!) They even sell the new beignets in a boxed mix. YUK! YUK!
