We recently purchased "Traditional Aussie Bites" at COSTCO. They are really good, all natural, no transfat.

As I looked at the lable I thought surely I could bake up a batch of our own: rolled oats, honey, golden raisins, sunflower seeds, coconut, unsalted butter, whole grain flour, sugar, dried apricots, sunflower kernels, baking soda and salt.

The end result is a small, dense, moist almost granola texture, baked in small-sized muffin tins. With no eggs, these "Bites" are not at all light, nor do they rise while baking.

Anyone venture a recipe? Appreciate your thoughts and recipes!
