Thanks Cathy,

I have just made your Teo's Hotdog Chile recipe and it tastes very much like the original. However, I did make one change to the recipe. The last ingredient you list is Allspice -- and you called for 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons. I thought that sounded like an awful lot, so I decided you must have meant teaspoons. I altered your recipe in that way only -- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS of Alspice instead of TABLESPOONS -- and it tastes just right.

Again, thanks so much. I have gone on and on about Teo's Hot Dogs -- and my friends are sick of hearing about it. I am bringing this batch to a tailgate party!
