Alas, as of November 12th 2005 a longstanding weekend tradition at my house is over. Tippy's (taco house) closed it's doors forever. Goodbye Salsa, Goodbye my sweet enchilada... it's too sad, really. If anyone has ANY Tippy's recipes (got the earlier Queso - THANK YOU)I would greatly appreciate it. I'd love to surprise my husband with Tippy's one evening.
