LA CASITA WHITE SAUCE
16 oz sour cream 4 to 6 oz jalapenos from jar or can 2 to 3 pinches of salt Optional: garlic powder cumin oregano
Put sour cream in blender. Add jalapenos slowly until you have the desired heat. Add salt as desired.
The coolness comes from keeping it refrigerated until serving. It is best to make it the day before.
