I have eaten this "Grilled Asian Chicken Salad" at the Wichita Granite City Food and Brewery. I CRAVE this salad.. It has marinated grilled chicken, flash sautéed in a Szechwan peanut sauce, served over an Asian salad of shredded iceberg lettuce, cilantro, cabbage, cucumbers, shredded carrots & crispy wonton strips tossed in a fresh lime & sesame dressing. Does ANYONE have a recipe for this?????? Please....
