ISO: Earls Grillato Chicken/Shrimmp Pasta

YES! YES!! YES!!!
Thank goodness I found you!! I am going through Grillato Chicken withdrawel!! When I lived in Vancouver, I literally ate this meal at least once a week, with the Jalapeno Jack Sticks to start of course (which, to my utter dismay, were ALSO taken off the menu!).
Please post the recipe from your archives and you will truly make my day...my year...my life!!!
