I LOVED this recipe. It was very similar if not identical to the soup at Houston's. I'm in heaven! I just made two huge batches to serve to the teachers at our middle school and have received many compliments and requests for the recipe. I did change one thing when I made the 2nd batch. I used only about 1/2 of the bag of tortilla chips so that it had a soupier texture as the soup seems to continue to thicken if not eaten immediately. Regardless, it's still yummy! Thanks!
