PECAN PIE MUFFINS

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup butter softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Paper line muffin cups.

In medimum bowl stir together brown sugar, pecans, and flour.

In seperate bowl cream beaten eggs and butter. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and eat.
