Thanks for the trouble sending me that recipe. I made that cheesecake and it was not bad but not as I'd expected... Therefore, I had a look at the web page you suggested... It was NOT the restaurant I am looking for. Maybe that's why the texture is differnt??? This Cheesecake Factory I am talkign about has several branches. If I am not mistaken, they also have on in Marina Del Ray (spelling?) in Los Angeles, California... They are famous for their cheesecakes and other desserts but they do serve regular dishes... All the servings in this restaurant are HUGE (and they are also famous because of it.) If you or your friends know anything about it, please let me know. I am dying for their cheesecakes again! Thanks again for your trouble...
