A couple questions to those who have tasted Cookies By Design...

1) Is their icing hard? (Or what is the icing texture like?) How about icing flavor?

2) What do their cookies taste like? Vanilla? Any spices? Shortbread / sugar cookie?

3) How firm / chewy are their cookies?
