ICED GREEN TEA(frozen drink)
I.C. Honeydew Green Tea
Green tea infused with sweet honeydew melon blended with ice, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with powder.
I found this on the Net:
"Add one scoop
honeydew powder to one cup of prepared
green tea" and blend. Pour over ice."
There is probably more to this then this but its a start!

Another reader who worked at Panera responded that the green tea was a concentrate that was made by Republic of Tea or another restaurant manufacturer and could not be duplicated.
